I take a holistic approach to therapy, viewing each person as a whole rather than a collection of symptoms. I believe our diverse experiences and backgrounds significantly influence our mental and emotional well-being.

Recognizing that physical health, emotional experiences, social relationships, and environmental factors all contribute significantly to well-being, I strive to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

My practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with client-centered approaches. CBT enables us to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, while the client-centered approach prioritizes empathy and collaboration.

Together, we will explore these patterns, establish goals, and enhance your understanding of your unique journey, as I support you in navigating challenges and celebrating your progress.

My Background

As a proud daughter of immigrant parents from a large family, I developed a passion for helping others and creating inclusive spaces.

Growing up in a diverse household taught me to see each person as an individual, recognizing that we all have unique thoughts and emotions, which helped me learn to hold space for individuality.

I earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I have dedicated myself to non-profit work, where I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of populations, including children, teens, trauma survivors, individuals experiencing life adjustments, and immigrant communities.

My experience encompasses working with a variety of age groups, including children, teens, the elderly, and couples, which has allowed me to cultivate a broad skill set. 

Being fluent in Spanish enhances my ability to connect with a wider range of individuals, and I am committed to fostering understanding and healing through connection.
